Everything we do is rooted in freshness, clarity, and fairness — and these terms help keep your experience smooth and transparent.


How to Place an Order

Ordering is simple:

  1. Browse our collection of high-elevation, fair-trade coffees.

  2. Add your selections to your cart.

  3. Head to checkout when you’re ready.

  4. Enter your delivery details and choose your payment method.

  5. Review your order to make sure your information is correct.

  6. Confirm your purchase, and we’ll take it from there.

You may also create an account to track orders and save your information for next time.


Delivery

All coffee is roasted fresh to order before shipping.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll help file any necessary claims with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery once your order has left our roastery.


Cancellations & Returns

All items on our site are final sale.

Because coffee is freshly roasted and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns on any opened or unopened bags unless they arrive damaged.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If something isn’t right, please reach out within:

  • 48 hours for damaged coffee deliveries

  • 7 days for faulty merchandise

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

Our goal is always to make things right, quickly and fairly.

We may update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
